Who We Are

We specialize in dense Spring Valley, Nevada corridors, mixed-use blocks, towers, and retail streets. We pre-walk sites to tag hydrants, bike racks, planters, and curb cuts so nothing gets damaged. Crews operate with low-noise practices for pre-dawn mobilizations.

Communication is constant: you get mobilization alerts, in-progress snapshots, and completion timestamps. If refreeze risk is high, we schedule overnight passes to keep entrances safe for the morning rush.

Services

Plowing & Snow Push

We clear curb lanes, alleys, loading zones, and residential approaches with compact plows and articulated loaders. Stacks are placed to keep signage and pedestrian sight lines open.

De-Icing & Anti-Icing

Brine pre-treatments stop bond on concrete, while granular melts target shady stoops and slopes. Material logs track usage for sustainability and budget control.

Sidewalk & Stair Care

Hand crews clear steps, vestibules, ADA ramps, bike corrals, and crosswalk entries with shovels and brooms. We use fine-grain melts that reduce scatter into landscaping.

Snow Relocation

When piles grow, we relocate or haul them during off-peak hours to keep access clear.

Refreeze Patrols

We patrol after hours to treat meltwater that refreezes near drains and shaded walls.

Winter Readiness Tips

Stake hydrants, racks, and curb cuts with reflective markers so plows steer clear. Bring planters and boards inside during storms to keep paths wide.

We scale staffing by storm class and density: more hand crews for pedestrian zones, more plow power for arterial pushes. Supervisors check quality, capture photos, and tune routes live.

Environmental Approach

Brine lets us use less salt while performing better on concrete and pavers. Low-scatter melts stay put, protecting planters and street trees.

We calibrate spreaders weekly to avoid over-application and keep budgets predictable. Tight routing cuts fuel and noise for neighbors while keeping your site clear.

In 1965, the Stardust International Raceway was built by the Stardust Resort and Casino. In 1969, the Stardust was sold to the Parvin-Dohrmann Corporation, which had little interest in the raceway and then leased it until 1970, when Pardee Homes purchased the land. They began developing a master-planned housing community called Spring Valley. The community was named by Doug Pardee and sales manager Jack Whiteman, in reference to its views of the Spring Mountains and its location in the Las Vegas Valley. In 1981, residents grouped together to solicit the Clark County Commission to create an unincorporated town, which it did that May. The residents wanted to create the town due to hypothetical annexations into other communities in the Las Vegas Valley, and because they claimed they did not pay their taxes fairly for county services. The town originally encompassed 1 square mile (3 km2), but now occupies much of the southwest quarter of the Las Vegas Valley, totaling 33.4 square miles (90 km2).
